Also an XY-Wing 16-8 pivot in R2C9 that does it.

I used the XY-Wing 27-3 pivoted in R5C9. That appeared to get me to the end.

I saw the x-wing, 7s in r14c58, instead and think that does it too.

I used the 148 XY wing, pivot at R3C5.

I had a 159 XY-Wing pivoted at R2C1, setting R3C1 <>5 and solving it.

I'm getting to this a little late today, and used 2 x-wings, the last eliminating the 7 at R1C5, which set up the 248 xyz.

I had slightly different basics and found an xyz wing on 126 in boxes 2 and 3. That did it for me.

I would be interested in how others feel. When I check the Daily Sudoku and see that it is "easy" I feel somewhat let down and I usually do not bother with it. For those that are "har ...

After basics a 457 XY wing did it for me.

I did the basics and then went through my normal approaches for a VH. Finally, I had to resort to looking for XYZ wings, and found the 127. Nothing else worked for me. A good one.
