These are buried in a long discussion. I think they deserve a fresh look.

An [17] UR(Type 6) in R39C56 eliminates <7> in R9C5 and opens up an [37] UR(Type 1) in R13C35, which solves the puzzle

The grid after basics:
Code:
+-------------------------+-------------------------+------------------------+
| 8        47     @  347  | 25      @ 3=7 a   9     | 6         25      1    |
| 9        6         1    | 258       4       258   | 57        37      23   |
| 5        2      @  37   | 6       @*137    *17    | 4         9       8    |
+-------------------------+-------------------------+------------------------+
| 3        457       6    | 1         8       2457  | 9         25      24   |
| 12       8         47   | 2457      9       23457 | 15        6       234  |
| 12       45        9    | 245       6       2345  | 158       38      7    |
+-------------------------+-------------------------+------------------------+
| 7        1         8    | 9         2       6     | 3         4       5    |
| 6        3         2    | 478       5       478   | 78        1       9    |
| 4        9         5    | 3        *1-[7]  *178   | 2      b =78      6    |
+-------------------------+-------------------------+------------------------+

Notice the [17]*UR in R39C56 must contain either a <3> in R3C5 or/both an <8> in R9C6 to avoid the 17 DP, in both cases they destroy the <7> in R9C5, and
opens up the [37]@UR in R13C35, which places <4> in R1C3 solving the puzzle.

R3C5=3 => R1C5=7(a)
R9C6=8 => R9C8=7(b)
