My turn to be first? After all I said about (difficult to spot) X-wings, a very straightforward one today - followed by an XY on the right hand side.

I actually made a New Topic Post and claimed to be the first - but I guess you beat me by two minutes.

Anyway, I literally flew through the basics with this one. I then saw an x-wing on 8 which brought about great destruction. I then seized up and it took two coffees to find that elusive xy-wing.

I also started with the x-wing on <8>, which established a swordfish on <8> that broke the puzzle. The fun was almost over before it started.

The X-Wing was pretty obvious. The XY-Wing on the right solved it but since I started looking from the left I used two XY-Wings on the same numbers before getting to the one on the right.

Hello all:

I feel very bad because it seems I'm not able to solve what it seems an easy very hard puzzle...
Then, I'm a begginer in very hard puzzles and I'm completely stuck.

please, any help will be welcome

Are you familiar with XY-Wings? There is one pivoted in r3c9 involving the 89-58-59 which takes out the 5 in r8c7. Don't hesitate to ask if you have more questions.

Good luck.
