There is an apparent UR, which by coincidence works! But the authentic one-step solution is an xyz-wing (248).

I saw the URs (first one not needed) before I started looking for wings.

There is also an ER on 2 that "one steps" it.

The Ur that I used and works as a solution is based on the fact that r9c1 cannot be 9 because if it is: then a "conspiracy" of 19s in boxes 4 and 7 forces the deadly 19 pair in box1 to match the existing 19 pair in box3.

Such puzzles give me double enjoyment cos having provred the DR - Go back to the beginning and find the "authentic" solution (for me the ERin 2s in box7)

The ER on <2> also works as a skyscraper.

Another one-step solution is a finned x-wing that removes <2> from r9c2, which then results in the same deletion as the ER and skyscraper.

I had an X-wing on <4>, then an XY-wing that solves R9C1.

Having ignored the UR's <19>, <34>, <45>, and a skyscraper on <2>.
