XY-Wing 38 18 13 eliminates 3 in r7c3 opening another XY-Wing 49 45 59 eliminating 9 in r9c7 solving the the puzzle.

For me the first XY came after 6 inserts, but the second when I had reached a "BUG+4" type situation! i.e. after the first XY wing I expected to finish it there and then but came to a dead halt near the end, and so searched for and found the other XY wing!
