I had hardly started looking at the puzzle when this AXY-wing jumped out.......

AXY-wing: [(9)r2c4-als(9=1)r1583c6-(1=3)r2c5 => -3r1c4,r2c7] = [xy=wing(46-3)r2c9+r1c7,r2c4 => -3r1c4,r2c7] => -3r1c4,r2c7

I felt obliged to find a non-almost solution:

(9=1)r9c6-(1=3=8=9)r8c513-r12c3=r1c2 => -9r1c6
