An xy-wing 249 forces r8c2=9 which solves it.

I'm obviously being fffick, because I don't see that XY wing at all (where is the pivot?)

I used an xy wing 129, using the chain of 29s to extend the pincers, making r5c4<>2

Pivot is in r8c7.

I've caught up now - I was trying to see how that XY wing was forcing R8C2<>2, rather than seeing that the wing made R8C9<>9. Apologies for my fffickness.
