There's a little chain that does the pretty much the same thing:
If r4c6<>7 r4c7=5 r2c7=1 r2c9=7. Either way r2c6<>7 and all the rest fall.

(7=9)r4c6-(9=5)r4c7-(5=1)r2c7-(1=7)r2c9=>r2c6<>7 |
