It is indeed, Dan. I think you can always check by pressing the Grade button
 
after putting the move in. If it doesn't say Very Hard you're done.

				| I'm sure Dan meant that the pivot was at r5c9 (instead of r6c9).  There's also a 56-4 XY wing with pivot at r5c1 so r6c4<>4 which also solves it. |
