Look at all the solved cells in that grid. It took a lot of basics just to get to the point where you could start looking for advanced moves.

Yes indeed- I guess that the puzzles are constructed in a random way, but
we must be due for something more than a 1 stepper soon.....

I used the 168 XYZ-wing with the pivot at r3c6; r2c6<>6 which also solves it. With so few cells left to solve, I expected there to only be one VH solution.
