It took me multiple steps, but here goes with my answer:
1-2-8 XY-wing pivoted on r9c1 eliminates 1 from r3c4:

There is also an X wing on 3 in columns 5 and 7 which removes 3 in r4c1 and r4c3, but does'nt make everything drop out

Looks like basics only after the first (28-1) XY-wing though they do include
a quad. Remarkably few basics before needing the Wing though, I thought
I had missed something...
