Here's the grid after basics:

Code:

+-------------+------------------+-----------------+
| 9  1258 28  | 7     3456 1345  | 238  268 123568 |
| 3  125  6   | 8     9    15    | 7    4   125    |
| 4  158  7   | 136   356  2     | 38   9   13568  |
+-------------+------------------+-----------------+
| 5  9    128 | 136   236  7     | 4    268 2368   |
| 7  46   3   | 469   2456 4589  | 289  1   268    |
| 28 46   128 | 13469 2346 13489 | 2389 5   7      |
+-------------+------------------+-----------------+
| 1  7    5   | 249   8    49    | 6    3   29     |
| 28 3    9   | 5     7    6     | 1    28  4      |
| 6  28   4   | 239   1    39    | 5    7   289    |
+-------------+------------------+-----------------+

I tried to represent the contradiction that I arrived at below but I'm not sure if the Eureka notation is right so I'm hoping that Clement will let me know if it's wrong!

8r8c8 - [(8)r4c8 -(8=2*|9)r79c9 -(8)r8c1] = r9c2 - r13c2 = r1c3 - r4c3 = 8*r4c9 - (2*8=6)r5c9 - (6=4)r5c2 - (46=9)r5c4 - (8*9=2)r5c7 - (28*=6)r4c8; contradiction (i.e. 6r4c8, 6r5c9) => r8c8 <> 8; stte.

I am not clement. but your logic looks good when I plugged it into xsudo.
it also shows a couple more eliminations as well.
