				I've been going through the very hards for 2007.  Got stuck on Feb 22 and can't find any discussions for this period.  Any help???  I apologise in advance if I screwed up getting this far.

You gave up a little early as there are some straightforward eliminations.
 
 
Look at Block 9 - there are a pair of <39> which tidy up that corner quite a bit.  This is how your puzzle should look after that:

				I had a hard time getting the grid I posted.  I copied someone elses and changed numbers.  I'll search for the advice you suggested.  
 
Perhaps the site could contain a blank template for this purpose. |
