Johan found an XY-Chain to solve this puzzle. Are there alternate techniques to solve it?

Three steps:

XYZ-Wing, pivot R2C2 eliminates a <1> in R1

X-Wing on 6

XYZ-Wing, pivot R2C6 eliminates a <9> in R2

But, seems it was a day for XY-Chains.

Two XYZ-Wings did it for me, probably the same two that Asellus mentioned.
