I use the "Draw/Play" tool, which can solve the problem. The next digital that this tool find is 6 in row 7 and colume 9. I don't know why it is 6.

I think the computer intends you to use an xy-wing pivoted on r3c1 with pincers r3c9 and r7c1.

If this is unfamiliar, it is easy to understand though not always easy to find. Suppose the pivot, r3c1, contains 3: then r7c1 contains 1. On the other hand, if the pivot contains 9, r3c9 contains 1. Whichever applies, 1 can be eliminated from r7c9.
