oh my, that is not looking good. I think I had that backwards.
should be (1=4)r9c1- (4)r2c1 = (4-1)r2c3 = (1)r6c3; r5c1 <> 1
or it could be (1=4)r9c1 - (4)r8c3 = (4-1)r2c3 = (1)r6c3; r5c1 <>1
