				| Since we were talking about pincer transport:
 After basics:
  	  | Code: | | +----------------+----------------+----------------+ | 1    2    5    | 7    3    6    | 8    4    9    |
 | 6    4    89   | 2    89   1    | 5    3    7    |
 | 89   3    7    | 48@  589  45#  | 6    1    2    |
 +----------------+----------------+----------------+
 | 34-5 7    6    | 34@  1    8    | 2    9    45%   |
 | 45&  1    24   | 9    7    245* | 3    8    6    |
 | 3458 9    248  | 6    25   2345 | 1    7    45   |
 +----------------+----------------+----------------+
 | 7    6    49   | 38   28   23   | 49   5    1    |
 | 49   8    1    | 5    6    7    | 49   2    3    |
 | 2    5    3    | 1    4    9    | 7    6    8    |
 +----------------+----------------+----------------+
 |
The cells @ are a strong link on <4>, making the W-wing whose pincers #% eliminate <5>. One, or both, of #% are <5>.

Now, if # is <5>, * (in C6) is not <5>, and & (in R5) is <5>. So, %& are also pincers, making the elimination shown.

My original solution was similar to Norm's, but in three steps: There is an XYZ-wing that takes out <5> in R6C6. Then, Norm's first W-wing. That opens the %& W-wing without pincer transport.

				| An xyz-wing (245) eliminates <5> in R6C6, then an xy-chain eliminates the <5> in R6C9 to finish off the puzzle.
