XY-Wing-<46>-<24>-<26> eliminating 6 in r4c9 solves the puzzle.

There is an X-wing on 2 in C17, and XY-wings 2-34 R9C5, and 24-6 R4C9.

Only the last (as pointed out by Clement) solves it.
