XY-Wing 12 17 27 eliminating 2 in r9c4 solves the puzzle.
Also
A W-Wing 27 in r39c56 connected by a strong link in 7 in r6c56 eliminating 2 in r3c5 also solves it in one step. |

A variation on the standard one step wing solution is a two stepper; a xyz-wing with a transport and a BUG+1.
xyz-wing 127 in r3c5
(1)r3c5 - (1=7)r6c5 - r6c6 = r3c6; r2c4<>7
(2)r3c5 - (2=7)r3c6; r2c4<>7
(7)r3c5; r2c4<>7
BUG+1 forces r3c5=7
