				Three XY-Wings:-

XY-Wing 57 37 35 pivoted in r1c2 sets r89c3<>5 followed by

XY-wing 35 57 37 pivoted in r9c2 sets r1c1<>3 followed by

I must be missing something here. I saw the first two XY wings mentioned by Clement, which gave me the following grid.

[code]

+--------------+----------+------------------+

| 17 37 6 | 89 24 5 | 1349 1237 134789 |

| 157 9 8 | 6 24 3 | 145 127 147 |

| 2 4 35 | 89 7 1 | 359 6 389 |

+--------------+----------+------------------+

| 579 1 2 | 4 3 8 | 6 57 579 |

| 4 8 39 | 5 6 7 | 139 13 2 |

| 6 357 357 | 2 1 9 | 8 4 357 |

+--------------+----------+------------------+

| 39 6 1349 | 7 5 2 | 134 8 134 |

| 35 2 34 | 1 8 46 | 7 9 3456 |

| 8 57 147 | 3 9 46 | 2 15 1456 |

+--------------+----------+------------------+

I presume the third XY wing depends on R8C9 being 35. How do I get rid of the 4 and 6? I'm sure it's obvious to all (but me!).

Thanks |

				| For a wingless two-step solution, I used a Type 4 UR (89) and an ER on 5. |
