Since this puzzle was a bit harder than usual, I thought it existed a clever UR-solution (which I don't master).
 
I tried it in a public solver program that used 14 steps (including AIC and XY-Chain)...

				This was a fun and also a frustrating puzzle! I found lots of chains but they all provided useless deletions.     
 
 
Finally I hit a good combination........
