I'm not very happy with this solution because I'm sure I missed something with the 57s or something else. I had a so-called Bug-Lite set up but couldn't do anything with it.

R1c2=8-->r8c1=9 with a fairly long chain; r1c1, r8c2<>9. Eliminations therefrom lead to a BUG+1. |

				I have not yet looked at it, but Sudoku Susser says:

  1 x Simple Forcing Chains

  1 x Simple Forcing Loops

  1 x XY-Wing

  1 x BUG Removal

  1 x Intersection Removal

  26 x Pinned Squares

				None of my solver's solutions were "friendly" for this puzzle. There were a few chains that each led to a BUG+1, but Marty has already found that option. However, my solver did find a crazy single step solution using a UR. For the fun of it:

 	  | Code: | 	 		   after basics/Singles

 +--------------------------------------------------------------+

 |  69-8  89    69    |  57    57    4     |  3     2     1     |

 |  2     3     1     |  8     6     9     |  4     57    57    |

 |  7     4     5     |  2     1     3     |  8     9     6     |

 |--------------------+--------------------+--------------------|

 |  3    *78+59 79    |  1     2    *78    |  6     4     579   |

 |  19    6     279   |  3     4     5     |  17    8     279   |

 |  158  *78+25 4     |  6     9    *78    |  157   3     257   |

 |--------------------+--------------------+--------------------|

 |  56    257   267   |  4     3     1     |  9     57    8     |

 |  59    579   3     |  57    8     6     |  2     1     4     |

 |  4     1     8     |  9     57    2     |  57    6     3     |

 +--------------------------------------------------------------+

 # 43 eliminations remain

 [r46c26]=UR78  =>  r4c2=9, r46c2=5, r6c2=2

 (9)r4c2  - (9=8)r1c2 - (8)r1c1

 (5)r46c2 - (5)r6c1 = (1)r6c1 - (1=9)r5c1 - r8c1 = r8c2 - (9=8)r1c2 - (8)r1c1

                          ||

                      (8)r6c1 - (8)r1c1

 (2)r6c2 - (2=175)r5c7,r6c79 - (5)r6c1 (see above)

				A contradiction networks without BUGs and URs:

 	  | Code: | 	 		  | r1c1=8 -> r1c2=9 -> r8c1=9 -> r5c1=1 -> r5c7=7, r6c1=5 -> r7c8=7 -> r4c3=7 -> r4c9=59 => r1c1<>8 | 	  /SudoQ |
