Took me two sessions to find a solution..........

2r4c5=(2-6)r4c8=r4c3-(6=7)r5c3-r7c3=(7-8)r7c6=8r7c5 => -8r4c5

I played three moves followed by a Medusa wrap. When I have to resort to Medusa, it basically means I couldn't solve the puzzle.
