 I'm stuck. Oh, I can solve the puzzle, but I can't see any of the standard VH moves, i.e., X-, XY- or XYZ-Wing. There has to be at least one in there unless Sam is playing some kind of Halloween trick.

				| r1c8 is either 7 or not. If not than xy wing 148 pivoted in r1c1 makes r2c8 7 Aliter r1c8 is 7 so r1c9 cannot be 7 and this solves it. |  |
