				| I considered r6c5 which if 8 sets r8c5 to 6 very quickly BUT if r6c5 is not 8 the XY wing 325 pivot r7c5 again makes r8c5 6 stte |

I would call it a Forcing Chain or something akin.
 
 
R6c5<8> 6r8c5
 
R8c5=8=> 6r8c5.
