Kudos to all good solving techniques.
I used the Unique Rectangle of (35) r47c46 with (2) on a Unique Side r7c46.
r7c1<>2; r7c7<>2(=8); r7c9<>2; r8c5<>2; r9c4<>2; and r9c6<>2.
