Solution: Unique Rectangle, row 6 cols 7 and 8 (26) and row 9 cols 7 and 8 (269) (26), leaves (9) in row 9 col 7

I solved this with an xy-wing.

Below is a grid that had me stumped for quite awhile. Yes, more basics have to be taken out before getting to the xy-wing.
