 I found this to be a fun, interesting puzzle. Several different techniques resulted in the same effective deletions but did not seem to directly contribute to a solution. But that endeavor led me to a long, somewhat messy chain.

 2r1c1=2r7c1-(2=1)r8c3-r8c5=r6c5-r6c7=(1-3)r5c8=(3-6)r7c8=r9c7-r9c3=r7c2-(6=3)r4c2-(23=4)r53c2-(4=2)r1c1; 2r1c1

 A shorter version of similar logic is
 anp(6=24)r7c21-(2=1)r8c3-r8c5=r6c5-r6c7=(1-3)r5c8=(3-6)r7c8=r9c7; -6r7c8, r9c3

 Ted

 [Edited one time to add second version of solution]

 (3=2)r1c7-(2=4)r1c1-(4=1283)r7c1469 => -3r1c9; stte

 If r1c7 is not a 3 then r7c9 is a 3
